Jennifer Lyon for those of you who don't know was a contestant on Survivor Palau. In fact she was a contestant of this show after she was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. She finally passed away at the age of 37 years old. She made it to 4th place on the 2005 Edition of this CBS Reality Show. Not too long after getting aired on the show, she was told she had stage three breast cancer.

She felt something abormal with her breasts in the summer of 2004, but she ignored it assuming this was just her breast implants. So she didn't do anything about it and just went on with her life. This is what she told People Magazine after she was diagnosed with this dilemma. News of this has really turned the Survivor community upside down. Austin Carty who briefly dated Jennifer Lyon told US Weekly Magazine that what happened to her was just so sad.
